Home Sleep Apnea Test (HST)

If your result is moderate/high risk in STOP BANG Sleep Apnea Self Assessment, you should consider getting a formal sleep apnea test. Although this type of sleep test is more expensive, it will record physiological data during your sleep, including: Apnea–Hypopnea Index (AHI), volume and frequency of snoring, blood oxygen level, heart rate, sleeping position, etc. All these data will be submitted to Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for analysis, and the final report will be reviewed & signed by Hong Kong Specialist to formally diagnose whether you suffer from sleep apnea.
