If you suspect that you have sleep apnea and often feel that your sleep quality is poor, you can choose a professional polysomnography (PSG) test. This test records your sleep cycle, letting you know the ratio of your deep sleep and your overall sleep efficiency to infer whether your body is recovering from sleep. The test report will be reviewed and signed by Hong Kong Specialist to diagnose whether you have sleep apnea or/and other sleep disorders.
